They are kind. But... just like the real reviews say, it felt like they weren't confident? For example, when they recommended ptosis correction, if I asked, Do I absolutely have to do it? they would say something like, You don't necessarily have to, but doing it seems like it would be less likely to come undone, as you prefer... That kind of feeling...?? It was too vague.
