Nose Re-Surgery

Review after removing septal extension

After removing the septal extension, I built a columellar support with ear cartilage. Since I lowered and replaced the silicone, it would be more accurate to consider it revision surgery rather than simple removal, but after removing the septal extension, my Pinocchio-like nose has returned much closer to a natural nose. Breathing improved from the moment the nasal packing was removed. I gently touched the tip of my nose, and there was nothing hard; it had become extremely soft. The nasolabial angle also became more natural, making my philtrum feel more comfortable, and the foreign-body sensation decreased a lot, so I feel like I can live again. My nose doesn’t feel heavy either!! I wanted a natural nasal line, and the pinched nostrils were also released well, so I’m very satisfied. But the difference is definitely so large that I do feel a little loss lol. I wonder if I lowered it too much, or if I should have raised it a little. Still, I’m satisfied because function has recovered and my facial impression has returned much closer to how it was before!!!! It’s been a week, and I’ll take the photo down later...!!!
