I got rhinoplasty without implants, and it’s really natural. If I don’t say anything, nobody knows. It feels like only the flaws were corrected naturally, just like my own nose. But I do have a very slight regret, wondering if I should have gone a bit more dramatic. Still, if you like a natural look, go for it. In my case, it doesn’t look like I had plastic surgery at all.
