I had a no-implant nose surgery, and it’s really natural. If I don’t say anything, nobody notices. It just feels like my own nose, with only the flaws corrected. But I do have a tiny bit of regret that maybe I should have gone a bit more aggressively. Still, if you like a natural look, go for it. There’s zero obvious plastic-surgery look in my case.
