The shape I wanted was: - A straight-to-slightly-curved profile very close to straight - A slightly higher nasal tip than my existing nose and an overall line that suits my face - The nasal tip as round and full as possible, in a natural style - From the side, a high and defined look, but not pointed X - I wanted the 45-degree angle to look pretty - A natural line from the forehead to the nasal bridge - Columella not straight X, I wanted a full, protruding shape
My existing nose had a high nasal bridge and low nasal tip, so the 45-degree and frontal angles did not suit my face. I also requested improvement of the part where the front of my nose looked crooked and the functional issues due to rhinitis
Overall, they made the nose shape exactly to my liking, and all the staff are kind. Aside from there being less aftercare than I expected, overall it was meticulous and good
It has only been 3 weeks, so there is still plenty of swelling and the nasal tip still feels slightly upturned, but overall I really like it. As long as I manage the columella scar well, it seems like it will be perfect. I like it so much
The price was not cheap for revision rhinoplasty + autologous costal cartilage, but if you are getting revision surgery, I recommend it!
