It’s been 3 months since I had implant-free rhinoplasty I debated a lot about whether or not to put in silicone, but I was scared of having silicone in my nose, so I decided to go implant-free haha (and then I put fist-sized silicone implants in my breasts) I was worried there might not be much of a difference, but it turned out much better than I expected, so I’m living happily with it!
