I had treatment for rhinitis at the same time, and had nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage without an implant, as well as osteotomy. The swelling has all gone down now, and I’m breathing comfortably through both nostrils haha Cosmetically, I wanted something natural too, and now that the swelling is all gone, it turned out so naturally that I’m amazed every time I look at it! Acquaintances I met after a long time didn’t notice unless I told them. After about 2 months, unless I touch the area under my nose, it just feels like my own nose haha
