Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Day 7 after revision rhinoplasty~

Before <before surgery>Before <before surgery>Before <before surgery><Day 7 after surgery><Day 7 after surgery><Day 7 after surgery>Finally got the splint removed, it feels so good ㅠㅠ On September 29, I used a half-day off, went up to Seoul, had surgery in the last time slot, took the KTX, and came back down. My home is in Busan, and maybe because I couldn’t do cold compresses or take medicine after surgery, there was a lot of bleeding. On the way to take the train, blood got on my mask and I was so flustered. I held onto my mask, changed the gauze the hospital had packed for me in the station bathroom, and came down. When I got home it was 2 a.m. ㅠ I changed the gauze several times on the way ㅠ Please take note if you live outside Seoul. Like I saw countless times in reviews, while sleeping my breathing suddenly got blocked, and I feel like I high-fived the grim reaper four or five times ㅋ The next day I went to a local plastic surgery clinic, had the cotton removed and got disinfected, and it felt so good, but only briefly. All week my nose was blocked and runny, so I was shocked. Still, it got a little better day by day.

For reference, I was really flustered because my nostrils were uneven, so I had a mental breakdown throughout the Chuseok holiday. So I searched reviews all day and all that, but yesterday when I went to Seoul and told the director, he looked and said it was because the swelling was uneven and that the columella wasn’t crooked, so it was okay. But after going from the airport to the hospital since morning, then coming back down to Busan and walking a lot, the swelling went down and both nostrils became symmetrical. It was so amazing and I was so happy I thought I’d die. Looking at reviews, there are many people whose nostrils don’t come back ㅠㅠ

I had surgery 20 years ago at a university hospital with silicone and ear cartilage. There weren’t any particular side effects, and since the days I’ve lived after nose surgery became longer, I lived comfortably as if it were my own nose, but I was always really disappointed by the bridge standing up like chalk. My midface is already long, and it made it look longer and felt like the nasal bridge had sunk, so I only thought about it, then suddenly got hooked, did online research, and had surgery.

I told the director exactly this: I wanted my long nose to look shorter, my nasal tip to be lifted, and it to look natural. I brought a photo of Shin Se-kyung, but I couldn’t bring myself to show it ㅎㅎ because our faces are too different ㅋㅋ

For surgery, I had functional surgery for rhinitis and deviated septum, and cosmetic surgery with silicone, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage. He said my nose looked long because the silicone went up above the glabella, so he lowered the bridge with 1 mm silicone and put 5 mm at the tip. After removing the splint, as expected, I looked like Avatar because of swelling. But even so, it felt like the nose became shorter, not excessive, and natural, exactly the feeling I wanted, so I felt relieved. Once the swelling goes down it will get lower, but people’s hearts are fickle, so now I hope it doesn’t get too much lower ㅋㅋ

When I got on the operating table, I regretted it a lot, thinking what glory and wealth am I trying to enjoy at this age, and honestly I know my face isn’t one that will suddenly become super pretty just because I redo my nose. The week was hard, but now I think I did well. Now I only hope it settles well without side effects. I don’t think I can have surgery again. Please let this be the last one ...
