The female doctor usually performed the procedures, and she was kind and did a great job. I feel this clinic has the best value for money. The problem is the staff;; they are extremely rude and their professional training is very lacking. I mainly only had procedures done, but once I had Aqua Peel as a simple skin care treatment, and instead of using the Aqua Peel machine to suction gently one little bit at a time, they scraped my face. I was so startled and it was so ridiculous that I burst out laughing, but the person doing the procedure didn’t seem to notice. Since they operate with staff who don’t even have the basics, my trust level suddenly dropped a lot, so I’m hesitant to visit after that... But the female doctor really is excellent.
