The female doctor mainly performed the procedures, and she was kind and did a great job. It is a hospital I think has the best value for money. The problem is the staff;; they are extremely rude and their professional training is very poor. I mostly went for procedures, but once I had Aqua Peel as simple skin care, and instead of suctioning one point at a time with the Aqua Peel machine, they were scraping my face. I was so shocked and it was so absurd that I burst out laughing, but the person doing it seemed not to notice. Since they are running things with staff who do not even have the basics, my trust dropped a lot, so I have become reluctant to visit after that... The female doctor really does take good care of you, though.
