It is a big hospital, so I expected some waiting, but because the director had surgery scheduled before my consultation, I had to wait about 40 more minutes.. The manager said I had been waiting a long time and even gave me a drink coupon. After waiting, I finally got the consultation, and they clearly pointed out the important things and used a virtual plastic surgery app to adjust pictures of my nose from every angle, which I liked. I could not think of many questions, so it was a bit short, but the relaxed and experienced-sounding tone gave me trust.
