<My original nose><Surgical nose> 2 years ago, I had surgery on my original nose: they shaved down the hump, and used silicone 3 mm (I understand it was carved so it was about 3 mm only at the glabella, and very thin along the bridge) + ear cartilage.
Because of the step-off between the nasal bridge and tip, drooping nasal tip, and the high glabella, I’m thinking of revision rhinoplasty with silicone removal (implant-free) + nasal tip using septal cartilage + ear cartilage, but there’s something that worries me.
My current surgical nose must already have had the hump shaved down as much as possible, and if they shave it down even more from here, I feel like the roof (?) could get opened up. So if I leave a slight hump and make it look natural, and raise the nasal tip just a tiny bit more so that, if I’m lucky, the step-off between the bridge and tip disappears, no matter how I think about it, I feel like only the glabella area will look sunken. Would that be okay ㅠㅠㅠ?? Or would it be better to put in even a thin layer of silicone ,,,?
