I heard that using rib cartilage is good when lowering a nose tip that looks upturned, so I'm looking into places like Naturalism and Saegim, but if I were to use autologous rib cartilage, about when would I be able to move around freely after surgery..? I can't take a long annual leave from work, omg.. I also feel self-conscious ㅠㅠ.. Since revision rhinoplasty is for a personal reason.... (I somehow don't feel free) Has anyone gone to work after using autologous rib cartilage? Can you tell me how many days you rested...? Having the surgery around a weekend would be best, right?

zio25 It is better to have the surgery with a weekend included. From having surgery with autologous costal cartilage at Garden, I think resting for about a week is better... You have to be careful until it heals

I want a straight-with-slight-curve line and clinics that are good at revision surgery, so I’ve shortlisted three places: ㅇㅌ, ㅁㅎ, and ㅇㅇ. I’m going to look more and then go for consultations

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
