Before<before surgery>After<after surgery>After<after surgery>My low nose was a complex for me, so 2–3 years ago I got two lines of filler in the bridge of my nose, two lines in the columella, and I think about 3 cc of filler too. But I also had a bit of a hump, and my nose looked short, so with procedures alone, it couldn’t be made to the point where I was completely satisfied. If procedures can’t solve it??? Then I have to get surgery, what else can I do... If I say it like this, people might think I decided on surgery easily, but that wasn’t the case either. From the size of the septum to harvesting autologous costal cartilage, I studied by looking up videos. The place I chose after studying hard on YouTube and thinking it through carefully was a clinic, and since they do a lot of autologous costal cartilage there, I was planning to use autologous costal cartilage anyway, so I went and said I would use autologous costal cartilage. But they said there was a calcified area. So I was like, surely they can’t use it?; surely they can’t use it? but thankfully, it was only partial calcification, so we decided to use the part that wasn’t calcified. I felt confident that it would come out as the nose shape I wanted, so I decided to have surgery, and before surgery I had the filler dissolved in advance. My original nose had a slightly upturned-looking feel, but since they also corrected the nasolabial angle, it feels like it holds everything firmly, so I like it, and they shaved down the slight hump too, so if people who don’t know me see it, it just looks like a nose that was smooth from the beginningㅎ The front view is good too, but the side view is seriously amazing. I think I understand why people say filler and surgery absolutely can’t be compared. It’s a line I could never have seen on my original nose, so seeing it is fascinating..
