I went to this clinic because I didn't like the idea of foreign material going into my body, and it definitely has very clear pros and cons since they only use dermis. It's natural and doesn't cause side effects.. but the results vary so much depending on the person, and the shape the shape is just not pretty.... I think it's only for people who absolutely can't have silicone!!
