First of all, the wait was way too long. I expected that part, but the consultation itself felt like I was just throwing out questions and only getting short answers back. It was good that they told the facts without exaggeration, but the feeling of being handled carelessly was very strong, and it felt like 'we have a lot of customers besides you.' Since this was a revision surgery, they said the price would be high, but I had already gone around to many other clinics beforehand and had a rough idea of the average cost. The price gap was so big compared with other places that I had already decided not to do it, but then they started trying to lower the price. Even on the way there they contacted me and said they'd consulted with the director (the one with droopy eyes whose name I can't remember)... that they could match that price, but by then I was already turned off by the director's and manager's attitude, so I had surgery somewhere else..
For reference, I'm the type who thinks it's fine as long as the surgery is good even if the service isn't great, but before even getting surgery they kept saying things like it would open back up, or it would sag when I got older, and other kinds of bad-mouthing, so I decided not to do it :)
