I had a failed fat graft to my upper eyelids, so when I lower one eye, the area above it looks bulging, like there is a leech inside. They said that because the original fat inside my eye area and the grafted fat are in different locations, it cannot be thought of as simple like fat removal during double eyelid surgery, and that it is an extremely difficult surgery. They said that even if the fat is removed, the area could become very sunken and I might be even more dissatisfied than I am now. They said they would perform the surgery if I still wanted it, but they did not recommend it, and that made me feel they were conscientious. Since I was getting a consultation, I also asked about revision double eyelid surgery. For my eyes, where excess skin has come down and there are fine, crinkly folds...
