I'm someone who failed at fat grafting to the eyelid area, so when I look down, one side of my upper eyelid bulges out like a leech got inside. They said that because the fat already inside my eyes and the transplanted fat are in different positions, it can't be thought of as something as simple as removing fat during double eyelid surgery, and that it's a very difficult procedure. Even if it is removed, there is a risk that the area will sink in a lot, and I might end up less satisfied than I am now, but they would still do the surgery if I wanted it, while not recommending it, which made me feel they were being honest. Since I was there for a consultation anyway, I also asked about revision double eyelid surgery. They said that because the extra skin descends and my eyes have fine folds, going with incision would make the line a bit higher. They also did not recommend any canthoplasty at all. Because they had many revision cases and were an eye-specialty clinic, I went there hoping to remove the leech from my eyes, but the fact that they do not over-treat made me stop and think before making my face even worse, so I suppose that was a relief lol After the consultation, the manager even said something comforting, and they created a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure at all, so I left after hearing the price feeling calm. I'm still thinking of looking around more for a clinic for upper eyelid fat removal or repositioning, but I'm putting Onli Eye on my list for double eyelid surgery and plan to go back for another consultation later.
