Day 5 after total removal (silicone + septal cartilage)

It wasn’t a contracted or inflamed nose, but there were signs that contraction was just starting, and I decided to remove it because of psychological anxiety and the foreign-body sensation It was a nose that had been operated on with an open approach, but because of recovery speed and fear, I had it done with a closed approach: total removal of the 4 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, the septal cartilage at the nasal tip, and even the capsule, and had cartilage repositioning. Since I couldn’t know whether the previous hospital had placed a support strut, during the consultation the doctor palpated it and said there was a septal support strut and that they would remove all of that too After removal, right now I have a mix of yellow bruising and red bruising, my glabella looks like Avatar, and my nasal tip looks like a cherry tomato, but maybe because of swelling, there isn’t much difference in the height of the bridge and tip compared with before removal. Instead, my nostrils have come down more than before removal, so I’m satisfied with that part for now. I hope the swelling goes down completely and makes it look slimmer from this state More than anything, when the splint was removed, wow, my nose couldn’t feel any lighter. It had always felt like something was pressing down on it, but wow, the lightness of a natural nose... Oh, after removing the splint, I saw blood had filled the space where the silicone was removed, so about 2 cc was taken out with a syringe, and they said removing the blood would make the swelling much better.
