Before/before/after/after First surgery in 2021 using silicone and ear cartilage Silicone removal in 2022 (the ear cartilage was left as it was) Inferior turbinate surgery in 2023 That is my history, and from 2022 onward, the area from the columella to the inside became thicker, and my nasal obstruction became severe, so rather than aesthetics, I wanted to resolve the nasal obstruction functionally. The inside of my nose felt too heavy.
I did not know from the beginning that I would end up having surgery this many times. I also did not know that I would have surgery again mainly because of functional issues^^
Still, since I was going ahead with surgery anyway, I proceeded with a positive mindset, thinking it would be good if both functionally and aesthetically things improved. I had my third revision surgery at Avec Plastic Surgery.
Of course, it was done without an implant, and the nasal tip cartilage was repositioned. Of course, I also had turbinate surgery as part of functional rhinoplasty type 1. The first goal was to resolve the nasal obstruction, and the second goal was, without making the nasal tip too pointed, to make it connect smoothly from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip. The result is as above.
The attached after-photo was taken around 2 weeks after surgery, and now it has been about a month. There is still some swelling, and I do not notice a big difference from week 2 ^^
