While looking into revision rhinoplasty, this time I felt I absolutely had to use sturdy material, so I was thinking of autologous costal cartilage, and I mainly searched for places that are also good at harvesting rib cartilage. I think I chose the clinic after considering the nose line and the columella. Among them, the one I liked the most and even booked surgery at was Highend. First of all, the director’s consultation was incredibly detailed, and I did wait a bit after going there, but the consultation was so detailed that the wait didn’t feel like a waste at all The managers were also so kind, and from when I came in until just before I took the elevator to leave again, they kindly said goodbye. For some reason it put me in a good mood lol I still have a few consultations left, but after thinking about it a bit, I just contacted them right away and have even paid the deposit, so I’m looking forward to it
