Before/after-after-after-after Honestly, there were no reviews or information at all, so I was worried, and even up until the surgery I wondered, “Is this right?” but a month has already passed First of all, this was my fourth revision surgery in total, and a few years after my previous revision, inflammation suddenly developed and I started seeing signs of contractureㅠ So I only had the silicone removed, but after removing it, the problem was that the nasal bridge line and nasal tip line looked too disconnected, and I didn’t like itㅜㅠ Thinking this would really be my last time, I went around to a lot of hospitals mainly known for being good at revision surgery, and I chose the hospital based on the director’s experience + no overtreatment + revision surgery specialty! During the consultation with the director, I said I didn’t want to use silicone on the nasal bridge, and he told me there was something called glued diced rhinoplasty, where autologous costal cartilage could be used to create the height and line I wanted? For now, I think the fact that it could be made into the shape I wanted without using silicone was a huge advantage. So I asked the consultant whether there were photos or reviews from other people who had the surgery, and she said there weren’t any yet I was a bit flustered because there were no reviews or photos, but still, I trusted only the director’s technique? ability? and said I’d go ahead with this surgeryㅋㅋㅋ It’s only been one month, so there is still some swelling, and the area where the costal cartilage was harvested is still slightly uncomfortable, but they said it gets better with timeㅠ And I don’t know if it’s because of the swelling, but for now it seems higher than the shape I wanted..ㅋㅋㅋㅋ so I’m waiting for the swelling to go down! I’m leaving this because I hope my review helps anyone who is considering this surgery!
