They’re the type that doesn’t do surgery unless it’s actually needed. They were honest about everything, saying especially that a nasal tip surgery wasn’t necessary and that lifting it with tissue alone would be enough. Compared with the three clinics I visited before, I felt they were the most conservative in terms of surgery. Other clinics also said a slight touch-up would be good, and here they seem to do that too, but even more naturally?
