How is Rico Plastic Surgery? I saw a YouTuber had lower eyelid fat repositioning done there, but there don’t seem to be many reviews When I watch the videos, it looks good because there seems to be less swelling and bruising than other places, but it’s hard to find reviews.. It’s not exactly an eye-specialized clinic either, so I’m wondering if I should just go to a clinic specializing in under-eye procedures.. It feels like there’s no end to finding a clinic
