It's day 16 after surgery, my skin is thin and I don't have much fat. Because my front cheeks are sunken and the tear trough lines are prominent, when light hits, my under-eyes tend to look puffy.
After surgery, the tear trough lines and front cheeks were resolved to some extent,
but my under-eyes have actually become even puffier
Is this even possible?

I'm on day 14, and my eyes look exactly like the photo ㅠㅠ As the under-eye bulge becomes puffy, a dense shadow forms from the tear trough downward, making the eyes look even more dull. Check my post.
[@노틀담] I and you are hoping it is just swelling, but when I searched YouTube and blogs for "failed" cases, there seem to be cases where hidden fat protrudes. It is so awkward. Let's share information with each other.
