I’m looking around with the thought of using autologous costal cartilage from my first nose surgery. A friend who had a severe bulbous nose had a good nose result at Mighty, so I got a referral and went for a consultation. Among the places I’ve visited, the director was the most meticulous and kind. They sufficiently explained costal cartilage as a material, and I also received explanations about skin thickness, the shape of the columella, and things like that, so it was easy to understand. They first assessed the nasal deviation and dorsal hump I have, and discussed with me how to make the line come out beautifully, which I liked. The clinic atmosphere was calm and clean, so that was good too, and the person who consulted with me also felt like they paid a lot of attention to me, so I think I’ll decide on this place.
