I have been shopping around because I plan to use autologous costal cartilage from the very first nose surgery. A friend with a severe bulbous nose had a good result at Mighty, so I got the recommendation and went for a consultation. Of all the places I have visited, the doctor was the most delicate and kind. They explained the costal cartilage material thoroughly, and also explained things like skin thickness and the shape of the columella, so it was easy to understand. They also discussed my crooked nose and dorsal hump from the stage of assessing the condition, and it was nice that they talked with me about how to get the line to come out beautifully. The clinic had a calm and clean atmosphere, which was good, and the staff member who handled my consultation also felt very attentive to me, so I think I will choose this place.
