I got consultation twice, and since I am a total scaredy-cat I must have been really annoying, but they answered all my questions, and I am very grateful. They did it in a very safe way. They shaved down the dorsal hump and raised the tip of the nose, and they recommended osteotomy, but I said I just wanted to refine it, so a bit of the hump is still left. Still, I like how it looks now. It is a little regrettable, but since not doing osteotomy was my choice, I do not think I will touch it any more.
