I brought a 3-month review after getting all 3 facial contouring procedures plus cortical osteotomy! First of all, facial contouring has such a dramatic before-and-after, right? But if you get all 3 facial contouring procedures? Then you can basically say all the uneven contours in your face are gone, and if you want to maximize the effect on top of that, cortical osteotomy is a must... Especially for people like me with thick bones and a broad, flat-looking face from the front, it is absolutely necessary! It sounds like I’m promoting cortical osteotomy, but this is seriously true haha. You can think of it as adding +@ to how slim the front view looks
Right now, I think almost all of the residual swelling is gone, but I’m still dieting because I’m worried the remaining swelling might turn into fat Facial contouring is hard even up until the surgery, but after the surgery too, why is there so much to worry about? ㅠㅠ It feels like I paid my own money and got worries in returnㅠㅠ Still, what I’m really relieved about is that I can eat hard and chewy foods without any problem lol At first, opening my mouth wide was seriously scary, but after one month, I slowly practiced opening my mouth, and now I can open it wide just like before surgery and eat well
First, to talk about how I chose the hospital, I put the doctor as my top priority The doctor is the one doing the surgery, and the doctor is also the person I’d keep seeing afterward, so I excluded salaried doctors who might quit anytime lol Facial contouring is a major surgery, and experience matters that much, so I narrowed it down to doctors with at least 15 years of experience Safety is such an obvious requirement, so I checked details like anesthesiology and CCTV viewing access
For my 3 facial contouring procedures, almost every hospital, whether large, medium, or small, recommended them But even among those hospitals, when I considered whether the doctor was the head representative doctor, and my usual satisfaction level from the reviews I had looked up, plus the doctor’s experience, it narrowed down to within three choices At the place where I had surgery, the head representative doctor was in charge of facial contouring He did have that particular somewhat blunt vibe, but he explained in great detail the post-surgery predictions? things I might feel disappointed about? These medical aspects and the things that could be concerning Honestly, my memory is a bit hazy now, but at the time it felt really reassuring lol
As you can see in the before photos, I also have a bit of cheek fat, so he mentioned deep cheek fat removal + facial liposuction as options, you know? I couldn’t do those because of budget issues lol Of course, I’m satisfied with the result even now, but if I had done all of those too, I think it would have come out exactly according to my ideal look, so I do feel a little regretful^^
I’m thinking of saving up more money and doing those little by little... Everyone, when you go for consultations, I hope you talk in detail not only about the doctor’s experience, but also their bone-reduction style, how much your needs can be reflected, and so on, then make a careful choice!
