First of all, I didn’t feel that the staff were particularly kind; it felt like they treated me a bit like a friend? Also, compared to how many people there were, the hospital felt small. When consulting with the director, they only pointed out the flaws in my face, so it was good that they told me information I hadn’t heard at other hospitals.
