It's been one year since I had nasal tip surgery with a septal extension graft and a columellar strut I was told that with complete removal, there is a possibility of an upturned nose due to weakened nasal support So if I leave only the septal extension graft and remove the columellar strut, what would the result be like? Has anyone had this surgery? I regret the septal surgery so much that every day is really hard I'm agonizing over which hospital to go to and how to proceed
