I got Artisan surgery impulsively and without much fear when it first started becoming known in Korea, and fortunately the outcome was good. I’ve maintained normal endothelial cells for 15 years. From ultra-high myopia of -09 and -10, my vision was raised to 1.1 and 1.0, and now aging is slowly setting in, so it’s about 0.9 and 0.9. For me, my corneal condition was unsuitable for LASIK or LASEK, so I chose lens implantation, and thankfully I’m still healthy so far. But it is absolutely not a surgery with no side effects and unconditional safety like hospitals advertise, so please look into the side effects carefully before doing it.
