I don’t really like putting too much silicone or foreign material inside the nose, and I wanted it to look as natural as possible, so I visited. My nose was already on the wider and larger side, so rather than making it higher, I wanted to make it slimmer. I had nasal tip suturing, which has fewer side effects, and it has been holding up well so far.
