Long Nose Correction + Septal Cartilage

I didn’t want silicone inserted into the nasal bridge, and I underwent surgery to correct rhinitis and a long nose.

They said that if the nasal tip becomes higher, the nasal bridge may look low, so a small amount of donated dermis was inserted.

Even by 4 months, the crooked nose had not returned to straight, so I asked about it, but they said everyone has asymmetry and told me to contact them after 6 months.

Now, 13 months later, the nasal tip is still crooked, and I can feel the nasal cartilage is crooked and protruding upward.

Also, I requested a natural look, but compared to the nasal bridge, the nasal tip is way too high, as if it has been pinched with a clip.

I knew donated dermis would inevitably be absorbed, so I don’t mind that the nasal bridge became lower, but I think they should have raised the nasal tip appropriately to match that.
