Honestly, even I thought I needed everything: humped nose correction, bulbous nose correction, and nostril reduction lol Since the clinic knew exactly what I was stressed about, I think it felt comfortable. During the consultation, I said I absolutely hated silicone, and since my nose wasn't exactly low to begin with, they said it would still become defined without silicone, so I thought about it a bit and then went straight into surgery haha I had already been thinking that if there was a clinic that could do the surgery without implants, I'd get it done right away lol..
And they said that to make the nose slim, osteotomy is needed to correct the widened look. At first I was scared and hesitatedㅜㅜㅜ but in the end it felt like this was the only answer, so I decided to do the osteotomy too..
Right now, because of the swelling, I can't tell whether the osteotomy turned out well, but as the swelling gradually goes down, it should get slimmer, right..? sniff.. It doesn't really hurt, but it seems pretty swollen, so it is slim yet still kind of looks like a bulbous nose.. Still, before surgery my nose had a somewhat masculine and dull-looking feel, but now that the nasal tip is more defined, I feel like my overall impression looks much sharper, so I'm looking forward to itㅎ.ㅎ The swelling will keep going down, right..?
