I’m 5 years post-cheekbone surgery. The left side feels like my own cheekbone, but the cheekbone that was larger still feels slightly anesthetized?? The sensation hasn’t come back 100% Pro: the face does get smaller... But in my case, cheek sagging happened right after cheekbone surgery, so unless your cheekbones are really severe, I personally don’t recommend cheekbone surgery
