My face used to be big and rough-looking, but these days everyone thinks I have a small and slim face.. It has been 4 to 5 years since the surgery, and there still are no major problems.. They did recommend removing the fixation pins, but I thought, do I really need to.. so I did not take them out and will just keep living with them.. Since I still have no side effects....
