A long time ago, when I was in high school, I got orthodontic treatment. Back then, I didn’t know anything and wanted my teeth to look like a celebrity’s, and they said if I just changed the two teeth next to my front teeth, maybe the canines or something, it would look like a celebrity’s. Honestly, my teeth were fine even then. They said to do crowns, so after finishing orthodontic treatment I got crowns, and crowns turned out to be something similar to laminates. I’m still suffering now. When I eat apples, ribs, or hamburgers, because those are porcelain teeth, the retainer keeps coming off. The retainer behind those teeth has to stay on for life so the teeth don’t become crooked. After that, whenever it fell off, I went to get it reattached, and then the director changed. That made me even more angry. But they kept reattaching it whenever I came, saying they were taking responsibility. But now they say the bonding material has gotten expensive and ask for 30,000 won every time they attach it, so I’m just not going to go. I understand that the director changed, but what is this, reattaching it before and then suddenly saying they won’t reattach it anymore? I went there for 10 years, even for scaling every time. Just go to a dental clinic where the director is kind and conscientious. I tried going to a private clinic to save money for no reason and ended up spending way more. For orthodontic treatment, if you want conscientious care, go to Gangnam or a university hospital.
