It’s been about a month and a half since my nose surgery, and there’s a stitch in my nose

I can feel something around the area stitched inside my nose. It feels like a stitch that wasn’t removed..? It might not be, though. It’s in an awkward area, so I can’t see it myself with a mirror or anything else. I can feel something, so I tried to take it out with tweezers, but when I pulled a little, it hurt too much, so I stopped. Suddenly I’m thinking it could be a stitch.

If it is a stitch, is this a serious problem?
