I had rhinoplasty in Apgujeong exactly one year ago. Osteotomy, then silicone for the nasal bridge. Septal cartilage for the nasal tip. Around 3 weeks after surgery, I started having pulling on the nasal dorsum, tight skin, a feeling of pressure, and headaches, so at 1 month, I had only the silicone removed by closed approach at the hospital where I had the surgery. After that, I didn’t have any particular symptoms, but at 11 months, the same symptoms came back, and daily life is difficult. The skin over my whole nose feels tight, and the sensation of pressure pressing down on the nasal dorsum connects all the way to my front teeth. The hospital says it doesn’t seem like capsular contracture and that we should observe it... Has anyone had a case like this? I’m worried it might be contracture, so I’m looking into removal. The shape is also a bit high and pointy at the nasal tip.
