Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> After <after surgery> Before <after surgery> Before <before/after surgery> For my first surgery 9 years ago, I had silicone, septal cartilage, and alar reduction. I wasn’t satisfied with the shape and wanted it higher, so I had revision surgery at a large hospital using autologous costal cartilage, but it failed ;; It was a very famous place, and since it was large, I thought it would be systematic, so I went there, but instead it felt like a factory and was chaotic. After even the revision surgery completely failed, I looked into things properly, and realized a smaller hospital specializing in revisions would be better. No matter where I get surgery in the future, I won’t go to a large hospital.
As you can see from the photos, the nostril asymmetry was really severe and the columella looked sunken, while only the nasal tip stuck out abruptly, so it looked extremely artificial ..ㅠ
I was worried it might fail again, but I was under so much stressㅠ I wanted to have surgery at a hospital famous for revision surgery and, if possible, reuse my autologous costal cartilage, so I worked hard going to consultations.
The nostril asymmetry was really, really severe, so I told them I wanted it improved if possible, but I didn’t have much expectation .. After this revision, it improved so much, and the nose shape also isn’t unnatural and suits my face well, so I’m really satisfied ㅠㅠ I should have researched more thoroughly at the time of my revision surgery. It was difficult to have another nose surgery less than a year after the failed revision, but even though it was a second revision, it was a great success, so I’m very happy now.
Before, I feel like I really had surgery without knowing anything, but I think what’s pretty is a height that suits my face, moderate and natural .. Everyone, absolutely don’t overdo it ..
