They recommended silicone and ear cartilage with a closed approach. It seems like they plan very conservatively, but I think the pros and cons are clear.
Pros: Since it’s a closed approach, there won’t be a columellar scar. A relatively safe surgery based on the director’s conservative judgment.
Cons: Most of the blog posts are from 15 years ago. There are only a few before-and-after photos. (It’s hard to find a case similar to mine.) Because they honestly said the front view would hardly change, I’m not really looking forward to the surgical result.
