I was recommended autologous costal cartilage, osteotomy, and bulbous nose correction, and the director’s consultation was thorough. They took photos of me and proceeded with the consultation. I thought the consultation would end early, so I had scheduled another consultation too, but it was longer than expected, which was good. The director clearly said what could not be done, and since my nose had a bit of a bulbous-nose tendency, I said I wanted that addressed, and they said that part would improve well, so I thought it was a realistic consultation. It is not really on the natural-looking side, so people who like a sharp or glamorous look would probably do well going here.
