Double-Jaw Surgery Reviews@jaw-review

It’s been four months~

To leave this from the beginning so it can help those who read it now: it’s been four months since I had surgery, including two-jaw surgery and revision facial contouring. Functionally, I already had problems before. Because of temporomandibular joint problems, I couldn’t open my mouth wide and had pain too. Since I would open my mouth slightly crookedly to make it more comfortable, it ended up becoming asymmetric, and I couldn’t even eat meat, noodles, or tough foods. I disliked these daily-life problems, the asymmetry, and my protruding mouth, so in the end I also had two-jaw surgery and facial contouring. I had previously had facial contouring on my chin tip, so the chin tip was done as a revision surgery. After receiving the revision surgery and two-jaw surgery, I’ve been living much more comfortably than before surgery, and it’s even more comfortable than at three months. I’m happy that opening my mouth has become easier. As time goes by, it keeps getting more comfortable, and I thought all the swelling had gone down, but I guess some was still left. My facial shape is becoming more defined. Sensation has almost all returned, and if anything, I think I eat delicious foods better than before surgery. People say they lose weight because they can’t eat after surgery, but I eat well, so I’m living while being careful not to gain weight. The swelling and recovery speed were fast, and although the cosmetic aspect matters too, I think surgery is the right choice for people who are functionally uncomfortable. Please look carefully for a place that cooperates with dentistry. I uploaded photos after surgery too, but I wasn’t originally someone who takes photos well; I had taken them to see the before-and-after difference~.. Now that recovery is nearing the end, I don’t take many photos and am just living naturally. Later, if I have time, I’ll upload progress photos once more. Everyone, please think carefully about surgery, have it safely like I did, and I hope you get good results. I want to keep recovering and taking care of it until the one-year mark. Is there anyone who receives aftercare for over a year?
