I started orthodontic treatment in 9th grade and finished it in 11th grade! I got braces at a dental clinic in Incheon and went there through a referral from someone I know~ And because I had protruding teeth and not enough space, I had 4 teeth extracted. It felt a little wasteful to pull out healthy teeth, but I think the extractions really let the orthodontic treatment work properly! After extraction orthodontics, I was worried that my nasolabial folds would become more pronounced and that my philtrum would get longer, but the nasolabial folds definitely seem a bit deeperㅠㅠ Still, if your protruding teeth are a big complex for you, I think it may be something you can accept!
