The first surgery was something I did at a large hospital when I was young, not knowing any better. As I went through life, functional problems became my main concern, and aesthetic concerns piled on too.. I even had a second revision surgery. The issues where the silicone was bent and the columella had become very crooked were improved.. but the short silicone that was inserted separated from my original nose, creating a dent between my eyebrows. I really don't know what I should do about it.. haha
