The director was blunt and gave off a professional vibe, like a drama character. The consultation style wasn't especially kind or delicate. They were good at clearly pointing out the limitations, and whether it was because of problems with my nose or the consultation style, I didn't feel hopeful that it would turn out pretty Still, skill matters more than kindness, so I'm keeping it in mind. The manager was kind, there was no separate consultation fee, and they didn't push me, so that was good.
