I had bulbous nose surgery, and it was my second revision surgery. They said they would make it my final surgery so I would never need surgery for a bulbous nose again. The result is satisfactory. My nose had been a very large bulbous nose before, so after having the revision surgery here, the bulbous shape became much more defined and corrected. The nasal line came out higher than expected and became more dramatic.
