6 years ago, without knowing much, I went to a factory-style hospital, and they really didn’t refine the shape at all. The surgery only made it feel like the bridge of my nose got a little higher. At the time, I think I paid 2.5 million won for silicone in the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. It wasn’t surgery tailored to my face, but really felt like it came stamped out of a factory-style clinic Then after about 5 years, the nasal tip was so low it was almost like it hadn’t been built up, so in the end I decided to have revision surgery only on the nasal tip at a one-doctor clinic... They said not much ear cartilage had been used in the previous surgery and suggested revising again with ear cartilage, so I paid 3 million won for revision surgery using only ear cartilage for the nasal tip. There was something the hospital made a slight mistake with for me, but I’m still completely satisfied with the shape even now, 2 years later. At first I wondered if it was too high, if I looked like Pinocchio, but with time it became naturally high and defined... With noses, I feel like if it seems just right at first, you end up dissatisfied later, and it has to seem a bit excessive at first for you to be satisfied later...
