I got a CT scan at ㅁㄱ and had consultations with the consultant and director. They explained what could be improved with rhinoplasty, and said that without an implant, the change wouldn’t be very big and other people might not really notice, so I got a bit conflicted. They answered my questions well too, but since it was my first consultation, I couldn’t really get a feel for the nose shape they held with a cotton swab ㅠ They said they would use ear cartilage.
At ㅋㅇ, I had consultations with the consultant and director too, and the way the director spoke gently made me feel a bit more at ease, but similarly, they said the change wouldn’t be big without an implant ㅠㅠ They showed me the expected nose shape with something like Photoshop, and I liked that. They also mentioned alar reduction, and said they would use septal cartilage and ear cartilage.
Both sets of reviews looked pretty, but since they said the change wouldn’t be dramatic, I’m a bit torn (I do like a natural look though ㅠ). Still, they said my bulbous nose would improve a lot... I’ll look around a bit more.
